Donald Trump has offered to buy the Ground-Zero property for 25% over the original price -- from the investors who want to build the Mosque there.

I think this is awesome and wondered what took someone with high capital so long to make this move. I kept wondering to myself, why won't someone buy this property out from underneath the Mosque wannabe builders? God, thank goodness for Trump in this matter anyway.
